Our role

LoanSetu is a loan marketplace and Direct Selling Agent (DSA). We do not lend money. We connect you with RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs. All loan decisions, rates and terms are determined solely by the lender.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our services.

No guarantee

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee loan approval. Eligibility results and rates shown are indicative and subject to lender verification.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for lender decisions, delays, or any loss arising from your use of the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.
